My favorite way to eat oatmeal! So simple, you can even prepare it and stick it in the fridge overnight to bake in the morning :-)
3 cups rolled oats
1/2 brown sugar ( or less)
2 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 cup milk
2 eggs
1/2 cup melted butter
2 tsp vanilla extract
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix dry ingredients, and beat in wet ingredients.
Bake in greased 9x13 pan for 40 minutes.
